The United Kingdom (Cymreag: Y Derynas Unedig, Scots: Unitit Kinrick, Scottish Gaelic: An Rìoghachd Aonaichte, Cornish: Rywvaneth Unys) is an island nation which makes up the majority of the British Isles[1]. It only shares one land border, with the Republic of Ireland.
